Automatically Correct Deformation of Pipes

The unique design of the three-chuck can automatically correct the bending deformation of tiny pipes (≤30mm), ensuring cutting accuracy. It can also prevent pipes from shaking when cutting pipes with large aspect ratios (such as 80*10mm).

Real Zero Tailing Cutting

With an automatic loading and unloading system, it can achieve stable loading and unloading of 4~6m pipes with almost no manual intervention, saving labor costs.

Self-developed Chuck

Adopt high-quality chuck independently, with clamping concentricity ≤0.1mm. It can clamp pipes of different diameters and cross-sections without changing the jaws. The chuck is equipped with a dust removal system, ensuring high efficiency in dust and slag removal.
