High-Quality Machine Bed

Cage structure welded machine bed, processed by gantry milling, ensures no fear of deformation, thus preventing any impact on cutting accuracy. The machine has a long lifetime, maintaining high precision for long-term operation.

Self-developed Chuck

Adopt high-quality chuck, the clamping concentricity is ≤0.1mm. It can clamp pipes of different diameters and cross-sections without changing the jaws. The optional double-row roller jaws make it efficient to cut extremely small tubes(10-30mm).

Variable Diameter Wheel Support

The machine supports pipes of different diameters. Switching to pipes with other diameters only requires manual wheel adjustment, eliminating the need for replacement. This feature offers a wide application range, making it highly flexible and convenient.

High-Quality Accessories

The machine features a separated design for chain and cable, with the air pipe joint equipped with a sealing ring to prevent impurities from entering the gas path.
